SCDA Training Services

At SCDA, we offer research support through ongoing workshops, one-on-one help, and unit-specific training.

We can cover a variety of topics, including but not limited to:

• Using the compute clusters
• Writing code in Python, R, and Bash
• Using bioinformatics pipelines and running analyses
• Using storage systems, creating backups, and organizing your data
• Software installation*

*We regularly install and maintain commonly used software on our cluster. Reach out if you need help installing software for your unit, or if you need a newer version of an existing module.
